Membership and training
We provided a continuous pathway through the club for players from age 9 to adult. Membership was at full capacity for women and men, and training for all age groups was well attended.

Individual Talent Development
We were pleased to support nine of our players taking opportunities to develop towards higher levels through Volleyball England Talent Pathway events (ages U13-U15), South West Junior squad training (U15, U17), and Wiltshire Mavericks NVL and SWL squads (age 16+). And we are delighted to congratulate Emily Tandy (U13) on being selected to join the National Team Talent Pathway.

The Club Coach is elected by members at the AGM: (1) to plan our training and competition programme for the whole season, and (2) to recruit, coordinate and support our team of volunteer coaches so that all our players and teams can develop and progress.
