In the latest round of the Ladies & Junior League our team won 4 out of 5 matches to keep our title hopes alive. Only our third outing as a team, the performance was inconsistent but the team spirit was immense. We made tentative starts against Bath and Devizes, recovering spectacularly to beat Bath but too late to beat Devizes. In between we scored convincing wins over two Melksham teams. Then the showdown against favourites Salisbury, where we took the initiative from the start and played at a much higher level of energy, skill, teamwork (and noise!) for a very good win. This squad has tremendous potential and knows how to enjoy themselves!

Everyone played their part with excellent contributions at vital times, and special mention to debutante Jenna Rinn who made a big impression on Salisbury! The squad (7 nationalities from 4 continents): Kathryn, Zuzanna Z, Zuzanna P, Marina, Petra, Nina, Jenna, Andrew.
