Wootton Bassett B Team Coaches Report 2008/09 Season

A good year for the B Team this year, with several milestones along the way.
We set out with an ambitious target to stay in the Premier Div. We didn’t achieve this goal, but we developed as a group of players throughout the season and we had a lot of fun playing together!
Interestingly we did not have the same team at the end of the season as we did at the start due to natural wastage and injuries.
Its worth pointing out some of the milestones achieved along the journey.

1st Season in Prem. Div,
Won 3 matches in Prem. Div.
1st win in DK Cup
Watching Robin Morris (Ex Bee player) develop as a middle hitter after call up to the A Team.
