Our first beach volleyball outing was quite “interesting”... No other ladies were there, therefore Jodie and I ended up playing in the men’s tournament. I must admit we defended ourselves quite well and we nearly passed the first group as runners up…On the other hand the Devizes (Matt) and the Italian (Davide) contigent played amazingly well, defeated only by the Polish team who won the tournament. 

No comment about Sunday’s performance…surely the weather and the 4 hours sleep did not help…

All in all, it was good training in view of Sandbanks in July!
